Circuit Attendant

This is a hands-on and varied role that includes welcoming guests, maintaining the sauna and cold plunge facilities, and everything in between. We're looking for people who move comfortably between people-facing and operational work, and who take care of both equally well. A background in hospitality or customer service is an asset. Wellness experience is welcome, but not required.

Nectar-Mist Operations Team Lead

This is a full-time, on-site role overseeing operations across both Mist Thermal and our sister business next door, Nectar Retreat Centre. You'll manage staff and coordinate across Mist’s circuit operations, and Nectar’s housekeeping, guest services, and the kitchen. You're organized, able to hold competing priorities without losing track of the details, and strong with digital tools and systems. You're a skilled communicator, a self-starter, and entrepreneurial.
